Outdoors and art, fun and run, tennis balls and a fruitful breakfast, these are the building blocks for a full day and a great week. And as we saw during Laura’s week, there is much we can do to invigorate our mind, change our habits and practice our skills. It’s when you move forward and try something new, like canicross – which looks so cool – or return to something familiar, like watercolors, that challenge you. We are the only limitation of our own imagination.
