Yes, it is true. Not only is Trine 2 finally available in the Steam store for pre-order, but if you buy now you also get access to the beta. So basically the tutorial stages and the first stage, complete with online multiplayer goodness available right now. Nice. When you start up Trine 2 on PC (and Mac), we are making sure that all of the possible controllers out there are configured correctly. So far we have bought, tested and binded button configs for about 15 different pads and expect the number to grow to about 20, thus hopefully we can cover about 90% of the options out there. In this video we introduce a new game mode that will be available in the upcoming Trine 2. Unlimited mode allows you and your friends use any variation of the three heroes that you might want.
