What is a shield for? Blocking right? Well not just for that anymore.
In this video we look at a bunch of different ways to use the shield in Trine 2 ..and there might be a few extra ways that we can’t even mention yet.

Amazing! Can’t wait for release..
Hmmmm…. I suppose it would be much more logical for the knight to actually push his companion up a little with his shield to boost him in the beginning of the jump. You are talking about “physics-based” events in the game and a lot of character movements resemble those of a real person in a true gravity-based environment. But when the companion is on top of the knight’s shield and performs a jump we cannot really see any “physical” process of boosting the jump in the video. Perhaps, some sparkles could help to indicate that a more powerful jump is performed?
Sweet. Looks like you’re really working a lot on new combat mechanics and new enemies. I haven’t seen the same enemy twice in any of your videos, which is awesome compared to the first game. Let’s just say those skeletons were cool, but they got kinda old.
It’s sweet to see all the cool ideas you’re working on there. Keep it up!
