For Steam users (if you play our games on Steam), the fastest way to get support might be posting on the Steam Forums. We are active on them and there are also many users who can help.

Email for support

When emailing support, please include information about your computer (such as operating system - Windows, Mac, or Linux - and the graphics card model) and as many details about the problem as you can.

Our local time is 11:45 AM on Monday. You may get a reply within a few hours and usually within 24 hours. Don't panic!

NOTES

Email note: We are unable to reply to foxmail.com email addresses. We can read the emails but our replies do not go through. Please use our Community Forums or the Steam Forums (and perhaps send a link to the thread by email). This may apply to certain other email addresses as well, so if you do not hear a reply within 72 hours please create a forum thread.

Note: Current status
We are swamped with support requests at the moment due to the launch of Trine 2: Goblin Menace on Steam. Replies may take longer. Please check out Steam Forums if you're using Steam as that may help faster.

Note #2: Mountain Lion issue: Retina
Mac OS X Mountain Lion in combination with Retina Display may cause a graphics/resolution anomaly in Trine 2 or Trine. Try these first:

- Check any updates to OS X
- Non-ideal solution: Disable automatic graphics card switching in the energy saving preferences.

We have solved the issue and will be able to help if the above doesn't, so please get in touch and we'll see. For Trine 1 the solution will take longer.
