According to metacritic its out tomorrow. Can anyone confirm this?

Apparently they said on Giant Bomb that it's coming tomorrow as well. I guess that's not happening

well, frozenbyte don't know much more than us when it will be available.. with high chance, this could be out tomorow...

its like with the pc version, they didnt know if Trine PC would come out for july 10th, and it came july 2nd!

Well I guess that answers that, "end of july" (a.k.a. july 30th), well that sucks. Then again its only a month off and could have been worse, but also according to the sony blog no demo is going to be released either. I guess FB gets screwed again, better luck on your next games release.

I would bet on having it earlier than 30th of July, but once again, when I have been correct with these dates ..? :wink:

Worrying about the demo or not having demo is also a bit too early, but if there is demo released on PSN it's likely that it's only after the release.

Why do other games have release dates for July and the publishers know it? I see several games that say next week on PSN or on PSN on the 30th. Does that mean its not even coming in July?

Correct me if I am wrong, but Sony (US) only releases on Thursdays. So the game could have passed testing but was too close or after the release day and thus they post it for the following week. I think we would have known if it was going to be released on the 16th by now. But it must be really close if Lauri says "earlier than the 30th", which means it could come out on the 23rd.

so the 23rd or 30th - we will see.

It's only speculation from my side. :wink:

I must stress out our publisher has said it will be out July. However, they did not specify is there difference between EU and US releases, but it is my understanding that they should come pretty much the same time.

2 days till "relese date" and no word. wow good job atlas. is it coming out this year? does the game even exist? (exept for pc) please let me (us) know something, even if its what type of laundry detergent you guys use. cheers from the east coast

Sorry for the silence, it's been still quite hectic at the office.

So, to the important questions:

1) our laundry detergent is "Ariel Color" at the moment

2) unfortunately, Trine isn't coming to PSN this week, and this time it's our fault as there was discovered yet another small bug which needed to be fixed. I can't tell for sure when the release is coming, as no-one really seems to know. Also, I have no idea are EU and NA releases timed diffrently. For us, not knowing is also a bit tough, but I hope it's eventually worth all the waiting.

i feel like cartman waiting for the wii. not this week... shit! just relese it and patch that bitch for bugs. no but seriously thanks for the response lauri 4 sure. im still waiting 4 the astronaut ice cream answer. is the cross hair thingy for the wizard and thief a circle or an oval? it looks like its a streached out circle not in 16.9. does it just stay on the screen or go away after not used for a while? if it just stayed there it could be a bit of a bother. i dont want my reticule just sitting in some random corner or where ever else. are the ps3 graphics on par with the pc version? if not, what did you have to dumb down?

I too have been waiting for some time for this game to come out. Had the game came out last week it would have been an instant purchase for me. But with the news of Fat Princess coming out this Thursday and funds being tight I don't know when I'll be picking up Trine.
