What it takes to create games like Trine 2 and Splot

November 18, 2011 by Mikael | Category: Frozenbyte

Well apparently daily breakfast, lunch and snacks help.

Of course a lot of other things are needed to create the ultimate happy developer, but food is a good start.

Having a meal together brings our workers closer and let’s us talk about something other than work for a few moments.

Today we had a Friday brunch feast that would have moved me into a low level coma, if I wouldn’t have had a cup of coffee afterwards.

Also the fact that everyone isn’t rushing into some store around noon to get a pizza slice (vegetable) and a Dr. Pepper (agnostic drink of choice), does free a bunch of time for us to work on polishing our games.

Oh yea and we do serve real vegetarian meals too, not just pizza.

  2. Now that you all are nice and full, maybe you can put Trine2 out for sale on the PSN. :)

  3. Careful with that amount of sausages, or you’ll end up making Magicka 2 instead of Trine 2 :P
