It has been a long time since I tested Splot’s demo version, but today I did.
I have to say the team has done great work developing the game. It is running smoothly now and it works so much better on iPad than earlier.
There is also a nice new feature in the first world of the game: a hand with a pointing finger that shows you the way through the level. I guess the guys have put it there for the newbie players like me.
More of Splot coming soon, so stay tuned.

Oh, cool! This looks reminiscent of SuperTux or Commander Keen. Very epic!

I agree, but I do miss the cute and funny expression of Splot with an open mouth when Nettles goes into action (haven’t seen it in the new HFB demo). I do like the new “precision jump” feature very much, though.
Thanks for your update.

I like the ‘coming soon’ at the end! Does this mean we will finally get Splot? I’ve been waiting for it, since I know that it will take much longer before Trine 2 is for Linux.

I have pre-ordered Trine 2 on Steam and get beta multiplayer version with 2 levels included to test. Go get it, everyone!
