Gamescom is now over for this year, and it sure was exciting to be there. We got to reveal the Trine 2 expansion with a new trailer, and had a playable version at the steam booth.

I’m sure plenty of you have also been waiting for news about Splot, so I’m glad to finally share something new. Splot was at gamescom! We had a playable demo for the press, and as you can see from these pictures, we dealt out a lot of Splot toys.
New screenshots have been added to the Splot press site. You can also expect some video footage in the nearby future, so stay tuned for that as well
- Mikael

When can we expect an ETA? I’ve been waiting for over a year now!

ETA for Splot is this year. We are getting another shipment of Splot toys soon, and they will probably be available some time before the game is released.

This is great to hear. So Splot is going to be a native game on all platforms or it will be flash based?

Yeah, its native game on all platforms. And specially made for them (using each platforms individual strengths), not just a “cheap” flash port. Even though, flash version is going to be awesome too.
