After a certain amount of time, my counter seems to reset back to 10. I thought it was intentional, but it doesn’t seem to be happening for other people. I got a coupon key on one of my subsequent tries. Is it ok for me to use it? Don’t want to take advantage of your generosity if I’ve accidentally stumbled across an exploit. In any case, thanks for doing this!

It’s working as intended. If you don’t win on the first tries, the counter resets after 5 minutes. If you win, the timer resets after 10mins. You are free to spin away as many times as you want. If you get something you already have, you can give it to a friend since the coupons are tradable

I’ve entered an email-adress with “+”-sign in it (name+something@gmail.com) and didn’t receive any steam-key yet. Maybe there’s a bug?

The Summer Seal is now over, all keys have been distributed. If you won but didn’t get an email, get in touch (see the Contact Us page on the left). We’ll fix the site trouble soon but the Seal is over for now in any case. It was quite a ride.
